Visas for Life Foundation produces programs and activities throughout the year. We work with individual organizations to provide traveling photo exhibits or customized events that meet the particular need of the organization.
Taking into consideration the group size, age range, and special interests, we can plan a custom event for an organization, including agenda items such as:
Photo Exhibits Three sets of photo exhibits are available: NEW -- We now have two complete sets of 48 matted 8½"x11" photos with captions. These sets are less expensive to ship and may be rented in 2-week increments.
The Auxilliary exhibit includes 80+ photos. The subject matter is the same as above, without the archival information. The photos are 8x10 in natural stained wooden frames, glass-covered, with text included. Large-scale posters are also available, and we can provide panels for exhibits in the Northern California region.
The Foundation has spread its message on humanitarianism around the world. Venues have included Japan, Canada, and many states throughout the US. As a non-profit organization, we welcome your contributions to support our programs. We especially appreciate donations from individuals, who help to maintain our effort at a grass-roots level.
RESOURCES As much as possible, we encourage the work of other organizations and companies that promote the Foundation's mission. Here are some current resources: Sushi & Tofu. Feature articles Sugihara's List, Visas for Life excerpt 1, Visas for Life excerpt 2, and Shaoul Levy's Tribute to Chiune Sugihara and My Tribute to Shaoul Levy, by Foundation Chair Anne Akabori.
